Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Software Trainer to lead the onboarding and training of new clients on their SaaS solutions for auto repair shops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional training experiences through regular strategic learning sessions
  • Measure product adoption using Key Performance Indicators
  • Guide clients in implementing best practices for workflows and customer engagement
Required Qualifications
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in software training and customer success; SaaS experience preferred
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and proactive team player
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and develop customer relationships
  • Ability to grasp complex technical processes and analyze data sets
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
