State Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician for remote work in the CST Timezone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls for prior authorization requests and resolve formulary issues
• Process prior authorization requests using various computer systems while ensuring data accuracy
• Document interactions and resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

• Active National (PTCB) and/or State Board of Pharmacy Technician Licensure
• 6+ months of customer service experience with healthcare professionals
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends
• High School Diploma or GED required
