A company is looking for a Bilingual Benefits Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Seasonal Colleague.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport and respond to Spanish-speaking customers with compassion and professionalism
- Safeguard confidential information and translate complex plan information into understandable terms for customers
- Document call and case notes accurately while participating in team meetings and training
Required Qualifications
- Excellent Spanish language skills and ability to translate effectively between Spanish and English
- Experience in a customer service environment
- High School degree required; Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Ability to work autonomously and in a structured environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
