Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Patient Enrollment Specialist (English/Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, assisting with program enrollment via a smartphone app
• Conduct outbound calls to eligible patients and convert those calls into enrollments
• Gather patient insights to identify areas for growth and improve enrollment experiences

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Experience in customer support, outbound calling, or sales lead conversion is highly preferred
• Ability to build relationships and navigate challenges effectively
• Tech-savvy with multitasking skills across different systems
