Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Support Specialist to provide technical support and enhance customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone and other communication methods regarding software and hardware issues
- Execute customer success functions including onboarding, product adoption, and fostering customer relationships
- Document support interactions and train customers on proprietary software and hardware systems
Required Qualifications
- Four-year Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Dairy Science/Animal Science preferred
- 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar role or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Experience within the dairy industry required
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft products
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM product preferred
