Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part Time Scheduling Coordinator (Weekend) - Corporate Contractor.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates all aspects of scheduling interpretation services for clients
- Conducts intake of all requests for interpretation services and manages vendor relationships
- Maintains the scheduling email box and responds to client requests in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and 2.5 years related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with Google Docs and Apple/Mac OS preferred
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations and solve practical problems
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain integrity and ethics
- Fluency in English is required
