Utilization Review Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Utilization Review Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Acts as primary liaison with callers, assisting with questions and solving problems related to claims
• Directs customer calls to appropriate contacts or escalates to management as needed
• Maintains a quality service culture within the team

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• One (1) year of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Inbound call center experience preferred
