A company is looking for a Utilization Review Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Acts as primary liaison with callers, assisting with questions and solving problems related to claims
- Directs customer calls to appropriate contacts or escalates to management as needed
- Maintains a quality service culture within the team
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- One (1) year of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Inbound call center experience preferred
