Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Call Center Specialist to support customer engagement activities across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate information to callers
  • Place outbound customer service calls as required by the client
  • Complete call guides and adhere to established customer service standards
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • 1 or more years of call center experience in a medical environment
  • Ability to work independently and adhere to a strict schedule
  • Texas residency within approximately 60 miles of El Paso, TX
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
