A company is looking for a Medical Call Center Specialist to support customer engagement activities across the United States.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide accurate information to callers
- Place outbound customer service calls as required by the client
- Complete call guides and adhere to established customer service standards
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- 1 or more years of call center experience in a medical environment
- Ability to work independently and adhere to a strict schedule
- Texas residency within approximately 60 miles of El Paso, TX
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
