Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via email or chat
- Identify customer needs and assist them in using specific features
- Analyze and report product malfunctions and update internal databases with technical issues
Required Qualifications
- Experience with utilizing and troubleshooting API
- Ability to quickly understand software products' UI
- Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to deliver results
- Experience in a customer support role
- Availability to work 40 hours a week remotely
