Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer I.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and complete support tickets from customers and other departments
- Work closely with customers to provide accurate answers and expectations for deliverables
- Research and assess issues, proposing solutions and collaborating with development on enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in technical support engineering
- Experience working with Linux and Bash command line
- Ability to utilize tools and scripts for problem research and root cause identification
- Experience in FinTech or the payment industry is appreciated
- Rails console experience is a major plus
