Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contact Center Service & Sales Advisor - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and prospects through inbound and outbound calls
• Provide knowledgeable responses and address customer concerns with empathy
• Achieve performance targets for efficiency, sales, and retention

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
• Prior experience in customer service or sales roles
• Must pass and maintain a Producer Property and Casualty License; paid training provided
• Computer fluency and working knowledge of software applications
• Self-defense knowledge and familiarity with firearms is preferred but not necessary
