Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing one call resolution
- Create and complete accurate referrals and applications while staying updated on policy changes
- Investigate and resolve patient and physician inquiries in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Previous customer service experience, preferred
- Knowledge of call center or customer service practices, preferred
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercially insured payer practices, preferred
- Ability to use company proprietary software efficiently, preferred
