Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager (Attendance Plus).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary strategic partner and point of contact for Attendance Plus customers throughout the entire lifecycle
  • Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, ensuring successful delivery and training
  • Drive customer success by providing best practices, strategic guidance, and technical support to achieve attendance improvement goals
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, implementation, or account management, preferably with a usage-based product
  • Experience or passion for the K-12 Education or EdTech sector
  • Demonstrated ownership, proactivity, and accountability in a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engagement data and recommend strategies
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
