Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple chats (up to three) simultaneously while maintaining quality and responsiveness

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a chat environment
- Typing speed of 60-80 words per minute with 98% accuracy
- Strong knowledge of the financial lending industry
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to change
- Detail-oriented with strong time-management skills
