A company is looking for an Associate, Integrated Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review medical documentation for completeness and conduct outreach to medical offices
- Coordinate completion of authorizations for UAS Assessments and participate in planning activities with the Case Management Team
- Manage the LTSS phone queue, confirm member eligibility, and support LTSS programs with administrative functions
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Two years of administrative office experience required
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with members, providers, and teams
