Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from existing customers regarding service needs while also selling on applicable calls
• Assist customers with billing issues, policy changes, inquiries, and claims
• Provide support and solutions to customer inquiries related to life and health insurance

Required Qualifications

• Must have an active life/health insurance license
• Customer service experience
• Call center experience
• Life insurance sales experience
• Must reside in one of the specified states: MI, IN, WI, FL, GA, NC, SC, TX
