Key Responsibilities
- Ensure reliable L2 support coverage for US-based customers and manage workload effectively
- Independently investigate and resolve customer issues, reproducing complex scenarios as needed
- Evolve into a resource for the team, contributing to onboarding, documentation, and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a technical support role
- Proficient in Python and strong expertise in AWS
- Experience with tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, or AWS CDK/SDK
- Strong understanding of Linux, macOS, and Windows environments
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational database systems
