Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct first and second level investigations of customer and employee reported problems
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat while documenting interactions
  • Test pre-release features and bug fixes to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience providing technical support for a web application
  • Strong understanding of web application frameworks and infrastructure
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting browser-side and server-side issues
  • Programming experience is preferred
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Word Add-Ins and email delivery services is a plus
