A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct first and second level investigations of customer and employee reported problems
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat while documenting interactions
- Test pre-release features and bug fixes to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience providing technical support for a web application
- Strong understanding of web application frameworks and infrastructure
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting browser-side and server-side issues
- Programming experience is preferred
- Experience supporting Microsoft Word Add-Ins and email delivery services is a plus
