Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with moderately complex insurance issues and provide exceptional service
  • Evaluate and interpret policy information, communicating effectively with customers and resolving inquiries
  • Document customer interactions and identify opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
  • Strong technical aptitude with intermediate computer skills
  • Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license required within designated attempts
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
