Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with moderately complex insurance issues and provide exceptional service
- Evaluate and interpret policy information, communicating effectively with customers and resolving inquiries
- Document customer interactions and identify opportunities for process improvement
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or insurance environment
- Strong technical aptitude with intermediate computer skills
- Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license required within designated attempts
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite preferred
