Job Summary
A company is looking for an Onboarding Manager to join their Power & Renewables Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and facilitate the onboarding and implementation process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales
- Design and execute customized onboarding plans tailored to client workflows and business goals
- Track onboarding progress, address gaps, and communicate status to internal stakeholders using Salesforce and other reporting tools
Required Qualifications
- Experience in onboarding and implementation within customer success
- Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Familiarity with the power and renewables sector is a plus
- Experience with the company's products is highly desirable
