Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and courteous phone assistance to patients and other stakeholders
- Schedule and register patient appointments while managing high call volumes
- Update patients on the status of referrals and assist with various inquiries
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate, GED, or equivalent
- Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in a high-volume multichannel contact center
- Preferred: Experience in a patient-focused healthcare environment
