Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships by providing high-quality service and support, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
- Drive client success through proactive identification of user needs and development of resources to enhance user experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track client feedback and support the development of platform features
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a client success role, preferably in a SaaS or tech for good environment
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with GoogleSuites, Microsoft Excel, HubSpot, and project management tools
- Knowledge of the social good community, including non-profits and foundations, is a plus
- Experience in philanthropy or grants management software is advantageous
