Key Responsibilities
- Provide information to the public on services available through air quality programs
- Triages inbound calls and schedules consumer appointments based on needs assessment
- Enter consumer application data into the Program database and assist with application completion
Required Qualifications
- High proficiency with database-related software applications and office equipment
- Knowledge of the operating structure of various air quality programs
- Experience in customer service principles and practices
- Ability to screen and assess consumer eligibility for appropriate programs
- Willingness to learn quickly and seek assistance when needed
