Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls from patients in a call center environment
  • Handle a high volume of incoming calls, including appointment requests and insurance inquiries
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 1+ year of experience in a related environment (e.g., call center, customer service)
  • Experience with computers and the ability to navigate new systems
  • Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts during business hours and occasional overtime
