A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide support in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from patients in a call center environment
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, including appointment requests and insurance inquiries

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ year of experience in a related environment (e.g., call center, customer service)
- Experience with computers and the ability to navigate new systems
- Ability to work flexible 8-hour shifts during business hours and occasional overtime
