- Measure and report impact, champion customer advocacy, and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of community management or developer-relations experience in B2B SaaS
- Proficiency in designing or maintaining community onboarding programs
- Strong project management skills with experience in driving change management
- Familiarity with moderation workflows, tag taxonomies, and engagement campaigns
- Bonus: experience administering Stack Overflow for Teams or similar knowledge bases
