Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in community management or player relations within mobile games
- Experience managing in-app purchase-heavy player bases or large social platforms
- Strong written communication skills in English with a community-friendly tone
- High empathy and a player-centric mindset
- Proactive and autonomous work style with the ability to prioritize effectively
