Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Associate to manage client relationships and support user inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Respond to client inquiries for user support and perform outbound outreach to drive service adoption
- Assist Account Managers and provide feedback to improve customer retention and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a customer support environment
- Experience with customer support software such as Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus
- Ability to manage 40+ calls a day
- A passion for helping others succeed and a positive attitude
- Experience working collaboratively in a team setting
