Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor - REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans per month, including refinances and home equity loans
• Review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy, and gather necessary documentation
• Communicate promptly and professionally with customers, loan officers, and underwriters while providing exceptional customer service

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent mortgage loan experience
• Self-directed, motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, and CRM
• Detail-oriented with excellent decision-making skills
• Ability to calculate and analyze income, assets, and liabilities
