Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a customer advocate and ensure Service Level Agreements/Objectives are met
- Coordinate the renewal of Managed Services contracts and grow existing contract values through cross-selling and up-selling
- Lead onboarding activities for new customers and drive process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant IT Service Account Management experience
- Good understanding of IT Service Management processes and IT Project Management principles
- ITIL Foundation Certification desired; PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
