Key Responsibilities
- Review customer rental information to ensure compliance with standards
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as chat interactions with customers
- Document customer concerns and provide resolutions as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- One year of phone customer service experience
- Experience with high volume inbound calls preferred
- Ability to work independently after initial training
- Technical proficiency with required hardware and software
- Must have a quiet, private work area for remote work
