Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer experience and drive product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer engagements throughout their lifecycle to ensure satisfaction and adoption
- Act as a trusted advisor, communicating product roadmaps and aligning them with customer business priorities
- Develop success plans for customers, addressing critical factors and facilitating resolution of escalated issues
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of functional experience in HCM or Financial domains
- 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles related to CSM engagements
- 3+ years of experience in professional services, including consulting or project management
- Experience collaborating with executive-level stakeholders, particularly in finance or HR
- Previous SaaS experience is preferred
