A company is looking for a Community Manager to lead the enablement and adoption of AI-powered productivity tools across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a network of AI champions and productivity power users
- Develop and implement training strategies tailored to various roles and departments
- Drive adoption of AI-enhanced productivity tools through targeted campaigns and collaboration with business units
Qualifications
- 3 years' experience in community management, digital adoption, or change enablement
- 3 years' experience with AI-powered productivity tools, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Learning & Development, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio
- Experience organizing innovation events such as hackathons or design sprints
