Kansas Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician for a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding prior authorizations and resolve formulary and benefit issues
• Process prior authorizations using various computer systems and ensure data accuracy
• Gather member data for pharmacist consultations based on inbound requests

Required Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of Kansas
• 6+ months of customer service experience in healthcare
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Availability for a 5-day work week, including possible weekends, within operating hours from 5am to midnight
