Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Member Advocate (Consumer Accounts).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding support to inbound callers regarding Health Spending Account inquiries and requests
- Assist with enrollment related to Health Spending Account programs and ensure compliance in all areas of processing
- Document call details accurately and take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience with healthcare-related spending accounts (FSA, HSA, DCA, HRA) is required
- 5+ years' experience with Health Spending Accounts is ideal
- Strong customer-centric mindset and comfort level with technology
- Ability to diagnose and own technology issues
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
