Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Care Advocacy - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees daily operations of crisis intervention services, including staff management and performance monitoring
- Trains new staff and ensures adherence to clinical protocols and policies
- Collaborates with leadership to enhance service delivery and maintain documentation related to call activity
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree or Doctorate in human services (psychology, sociology, etc.)
- Active California License (LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist, or LPC) without probation or pending actions
- Experience in conducting debriefings and supervision sessions
- Knowledge of suicide prevention, trauma-informed care, and crisis de-escalation techniques
- Availability to assist with client calls, texts, and chats requiring additional support
