Key Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding experience for new providers in both English and Spanish
- Proactively reach out via phone, email, and SMS to drive activation milestones
- Deliver expert-level guidance on application functionality to help users maximize platform use
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Onboarding, or a high-touch service environment with technology/SaaS companies
- Experience executing a proactive call and contact strategy
- Strong objection-handling and value-selling skills
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems
