A company is looking for a Customer On/Off Boarding Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a liaison between the tax department, Service Readiness, and new customers
- Ensure open communication channels with customers and respond to requests timely
- Become knowledgeable about each customer's expectations and collaborate with internal teams
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years of customer service, tax, and/or payroll experience
- Working knowledge of Federal, State, and Local tax rules and requirements
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
