Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support clients post-implementation and ensure long-term satisfaction with their SaaS investment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships and conducting regular check-ins
  • Develop success plans aligned with each client's business objectives to ensure full adoption and optimal usage of the software platform
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, license renewals, and additional service offerings in collaboration with internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting within a SaaS or professional services environment
  • Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and finance workflows; a CPA designation or accounting background is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM and customer success platforms such as Salesforce, ChurnZero, or Gainsight
