Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist to provide telephonic consultations and clinical recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage members and schedule pharmacist consultation appointments
• Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Assess medication regimens and provide patient education on medications and disease states

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license in the state of residence
• Must reside within PST or MST
• Strong knowledge of disease state management guidelines and MTM services
• Competent use of computers and technology for navigating multiple platforms
