A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer SEE.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own, troubleshoot, and solve complex customer technical issues
  • Implement end-to-end readiness programs and mentor Technical Support Engineers
  • Collaborate with cross-team resources to resolve complex customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience OR 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to meet security screening requirements
  • Microsoft Technology Certifications preferred
  • 3+ years of troubleshooting experience in IT or technical support roles
  • Experience supporting SharePoint and OneDrive for Business
