A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer SEE.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, troubleshoot, and solve complex customer technical issues
- Implement end-to-end readiness programs and mentor Technical Support Engineers
- Collaborate with cross-team resources to resolve complex customer issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience OR 5+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to meet security screening requirements
- Microsoft Technology Certifications preferred
- 3+ years of troubleshooting experience in IT or technical support roles
- Experience supporting SharePoint and OneDrive for Business
