Key Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound customer calls for a Pharmaceutical Company Patient Assistance Program
- Make outbound calls to address questions and assist with program applications
- Utilize training and resources to resolve patient and healthcare provider inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of customer service experience required; call center experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts between 8:00am - 8:00pm EST
- Must successfully pass typing and customer service assessments
- Dedicated home workspace with reliable internet connectivity required
