A company is looking for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer high-volume inbound customer calls for a Pharmaceutical Company Patient Assistance Program
  • Make outbound calls to address questions and assist with program applications
  • Utilize training and resources to resolve patient and healthcare provider inquiries
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required; call center experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts between 8:00am - 8:00pm EST
  • Must successfully pass typing and customer service assessments
  • Dedicated home workspace with reliable internet connectivity required
