Job Summary

A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician to provide IT support and resolve end-user issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the resolution of technology issues and guide users through troubleshooting steps
  • Maintain formal helpdesk procedures and monitor incident tickets in the IT Ticketing System
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and document issues and resolutions
Required Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft and Apple software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • On-call availability and capability to respond remotely
  • Experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills
