Job Summary
A company is looking for a Help Desk Technician to provide IT support and resolve end-user issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the resolution of technology issues and guide users through troubleshooting steps
- Maintain formal helpdesk procedures and monitor incident tickets in the IT Ticketing System
- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes and document issues and resolutions
Required Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft and Apple software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- On-call availability and capability to respond remotely
- Experience in IT support or a related field
- Strong organizational skills
