Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train customers on product usage and demonstrate new features
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships while proactively engaging to identify additional use cases
  • Conduct regular meetings with customer teams and manage feature requests and escalations
Required Qualifications
  • At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role within software or technology
  • Strong understanding of Internet protocols and basic data formats and structures
  • Knowledge of networking topology, endpoint security technologies, and cloud security principles
  • Basic understanding of Python and experience with technical presentations
  • Customer-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership over results
