Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Train customers on product usage and demonstrate new features
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships while proactively engaging to identify additional use cases
- Conduct regular meetings with customer teams and manage feature requests and escalations
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role within software or technology
- Strong understanding of Internet protocols and basic data formats and structures
- Knowledge of networking topology, endpoint security technologies, and cloud security principles
- Basic understanding of Python and experience with technical presentations
- Customer-focused approach with a strong sense of ownership over results
