Job Summary
A company is looking for a Deputy Head of Customer IT Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor the Customer IT Support team to enhance competencies
- Participate in planning and implementing new IT projects and initiatives
- Develop and improve processes within the ITIL framework to enhance support efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer IT Support Lead role or similar positions
- Understanding of ITSM and ITIL principles (certification not required)
- Proactive and able to work autonomously
- Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks and business needs
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
