Key Responsibilities

• Manage the New Home Claims Department, including overseeing performance reviews and resolving disputes
• Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure consistency and quality in claims processing
• Establish compliant processes and evaluate operational efficiencies within the claims department

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Active Property and Casualty Adjuster's license
• 7+ years of experience in property/casualty or home warranty insurance industries
• 5+ years of experience managing claims adjusters
• Extensive knowledge of tort, contract, and agency law
