A company is looking for a Technical Success Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer support cases independently, ensuring timely resolution
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer support requests using SQL/SOQL and product tools
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to identify and resolve recurring technical issues
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL/SOQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
- Understanding of APIs and data integration concepts
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Familiarity with case management systems such as Jira or Zendesk
