A company is looking for a Seasonal Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and issues via inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Accurately document customer accounts in client systems
- Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while providing exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in specified states (TX, OK, GA, TN, IN, OH, KS, MO, NC, NV)
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role in a transaction-based environment
- High School Diploma or GED/equivalent
- Flexibility in working schedule, including at least one weekend day
- Computer literacy with specific hardware and software requirements
