A company is looking for an Office Services Associate/Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage mail delivery and pick-up, including processing outgoing mail and maintaining inventory of office supplies
- Support conference room arrangements, including setup for meetings and events, and maintain cleanliness of shared spaces
- Provide reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing visitor access
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift 50-75 lbs
- General knowledge of audio/visual equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Knowledge of copier, fax, FedEx, and postage machines
- Basic computer skills
