Job Summary
A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Liaison I.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for borrowers during the loss mitigation process
- Make and receive calls to assist delinquent mortgage loan borrowers with loss mitigation options
- Document consumer interactions and provide explanations regarding loss mitigation decisions and foreclosure processes
Required Qualifications
- A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience, including at least 1 year in collections or customer service
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone
- Excellent customer service skills
