A company is looking for an Associate Manager Health Services - Work From Home.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a remote team focused on enrolling and retaining Medicare members in care management programs
- Oversee daily operations, including workflow adherence, performance metrics, and quality reviews
- Conduct onboarding, training, and performance management to ensure team success and adherence to business objectives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3 - 5 years of supervisory experience in customer service, call center management, or healthcare
- 4 - 6 years of experience in serving customers
- Bachelor's degree with applicable experience is strongly preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, with experience in data entry and documentation
